Discovery & Connection Day (2026) Registration Form

Please submit the following information to participate in our Discovery and Connection Day 2026 celebration event on Saturday, March 14, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Frogtown Community Center!

Though advanced registration is not required, it will help us plan how many snacks and other materials to have at the event.
